As senior Field Agent behind only Gibbs Tony is the go to guy in almost any situation. Some may find him to be a smart alec and not understand his movie references but if the chips were down a I needed back up and Gibbs wasn't around, no one one the team is better under fire than Tony. Not even Ziva. He's tested under fire and is not afraid to drop the hammer on the bad guys without missing a beat.
